About us

We seal pavers in Cape Coral. That is the whole business.

Who we are, how every job runs, and what you can count on when we seal your pavers.

Paver sealing is what we do

Cape Coral Paver Sealing cleans, re-sands and seals pavers for homes across Cape Coral: driveways, pool decks, lanais, patios and front walkways. Every crew member spends the week on paver surfaces, so they know how each type of paver takes a sealer, which finish suits which area, and how much product a surface really needs.

That focus shows in the details. The joints get filled properly, the sealer goes down evenly, and the area around the job is left as clean as we found it.

A local crew, sealing since 2019

The team behind this site lives and works in Cape Coral and has been cleaning and sealing pavers around the Cape since 2019. They know the neighborhoods, from the canal homes in the southwest to the newer builds up north, and they plan each job around the property in front of them.

For pavers that have faded in the sun, the crew also offers a tinted sealer. It adds a little pigment back into the surface, so a washed-out driveway can look closer to the day it was laid without replacing a single paver. Ask about it at the measure if you would like more color.

Made for the Southwest Florida climate

Our weather asks a lot of a paver surface, and a good seal is how you keep it looking sharp. We choose products and timing with three things in mind.

The sun. Concrete pavers hold their color near the surface. A quality sealer with UV protection keeps that color rich and even through years of Cape Coral sunshine.

The rain. Summer storms move a lot of water across a driveway. Polymeric sand locks the joints in place, so the pavers stay tight and level and the surface sheds water cleanly.

The humidity. A sealed surface is far easier to keep clean. Most of the time a rinse with the hose and a stiff brush is all it needs between visits.

How every job runs

Each job follows the same order. Loose debris is blown off first. Then the pressure wash takes care of the marks ordinary rinsing leaves behind: chewing gum by the front door, tire scuffs where the car turns in, and stains that have sat for a season. Any black spotting or algae is treated so the surface starts truly clean.

Next, polymeric sand is swept into every joint and set. Once the pavers are fully dry, two coats of sealer go down in the finish you picked. Before we leave, we walk the job with you so you can see the result up close.

Polymeric sand in every joint

The sand between the pavers does a lot of quiet work. It holds the pavers together, keeps the surface firm under a car and gives the sealer a solid, even base. That is why re-sanding is part of every job we quote, not an add-on.

Scheduled around the weather

Sealer goes down on dry pavers and needs a dry window to cure. We keep an eye on the forecast and book your date to match it. In the rainy season, larger jobs are sometimes split across two days so each step gets the right conditions.

Bringing older pavers back

Some pavers were sealed years ago with a product that has since turned cloudy or started to lift. We take the old coat off first and then clean, sand and seal from a fresh start. Stripping is shown as its own line on the quote, so you can see exactly what it adds.

What you can count on

  • A measured quote. We come out, measure the area and give you one price in writing. The visit is free.
  • The right finish for each area. Natural or matte around the pool, satin or a wet look on the driveway if you want the shine.
  • Sand on every job. Polymeric sand goes into every joint before any sealer.
  • A call first. We call to set a time. Nobody shows up unannounced.
  • A walk-through at the end. You see the finished surface with us before we pack up.

About the company

Anything else, call (239) 329-7707.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We carry general liability cover and can send the certificate before work starts if you ask.

Do you do pressure washing on its own?

Cleaning is part of every sealing job. Our focus is pavers, so if all you need is a general house or roof wash, a dedicated washing company is the better fit.

What product do you use?

It depends on the paver and the finish you choose. We name the specific product on your quote, so you know exactly what is going down.

What happens at the end of the job?

We walk the finished surface with you, answer any questions and go over how long to wait before walking or parking on it.

Book a free on-site measure

No phone quotes and no obligation. We come out, measure the area and check what condition the pavers and joints are actually in.
