What governs this website, and why the prices on it are ranges.

Last updated October 8, 2026.

This governs the website. Your actual agreement is the written quote you approve after the on-site measure, and where the two differ, that quote governs.

The square-foot rates here are ranges

Everything on the pricing page describes what paver sealing generally runs around Cape Coral and Lee County. None of it is an offer and none of it binds either party. Sealing is priced on measured area and on the condition of what is already down, particularly whether an old sealer has to come off, so a real figure needs someone standing on the pavers. The written quote you approve is the only price that binds us, and it does not change afterwards.

General guidance, not a site inspection

What this site says about cloudy sealer, polymeric sand, cure times, slip resistance and how often to reseal describes the usual case in Southwest Florida. Your pavers are not the usual case until someone has looked at them. Nothing here is a diagnosis of your surface, and nothing here is instructions to attempt the work yourself.

Finishes and appearance

Where we describe a natural, satin or wet-look finish, we mean the typical result on a sound paver in good condition. The final appearance depends on the paver itself, its age, its porosity and what has happened to it previously. We show samples and discuss expectations at the measure for exactly this reason.

Getting in touch is not a booking

The form and the phone number start a conversation. Neither creates a contract nor holds a date. Anything that matters is confirmed in writing.

Where we link elsewhere we do not control that site and cannot answer for it.

Availability

We try to keep the site accurate and online without guaranteeing either, and pages can change or go without notice.

So far as Florida law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published here. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, nor affect rights under a signed agreement for work carried out.

Governing law

Florida law governs these terms, and any dispute about the website belongs before the courts serving Lee County.
