Paver sealing in North Fort Myers

Golf communities, older canal homes off Hancock Bridge Parkway and acreage out along Bayshore Road. Each one wears its pavers differently.

Just over the bridge from the Cape

North Fort Myers sits on the north bank of the Caloosahatchee, a short run across the river from Cape Coral. The weather is the same, the sun is the same, and so is the reason pavers here fade, stain and lose their joint sand. What changes is the kind of property, and that decides how we approach the job.

What we find, area by area

  • Lochmoor and the Hancock Bridge Parkway corridor: 1970s and 80s homes, many on canals, where pavers were added over the years on top of an older slab or driveway. Mixed paver batches and uneven joints are common, so the re-sand matters more here than the sealer.
  • Del Tura, Herons Glen and the golf communities: large paver driveways, entry walks and pool decks laid by the builder, usually sealed once at handover and never again. Most are ready for a full clean and a second seal.
  • Pine Lakes and the manufactured-home parks: smaller pads, carports and patios. Quick jobs, and a sealed carport is far easier to keep clean of oil drips.
  • Bayshore Road and the acreage: long driveways, plenty of tree cover and irrigation from private wells. That combination means organic staining and rust.

Rust from the well water

Many North Fort Myers properties water the lawn from a private well, and well water here carries iron. Every time the sprinklers catch the edge of the driveway, a little more orange settles into the paver. Washing alone will not move it. It takes a rust treatment before cleaning, and sealing afterward so the next round of overspray sits on top instead of soaking in. If your heads still hit the pavers, we will point that out so you can turn them before the new seal goes down.

Builder seals that never got a second coat

A lot of newer North Fort Myers communities had their pavers sealed once when the house was finished. That coat is long gone. The good news is that a first seal that has simply worn away is an easy job: clean, kill the black spotting, top up the polymeric sand and seal. It is only when a previous coat has gone cloudy or started peeling that stripping comes into it, and we will tell you which one you have before we quote.

What we seal in North Fort Myers

  • Paver driveways, from short canal-home drives to long acreage runs
  • Pool decks and screened lanais, with a matte or slip-resistant finish
  • Carports, golf-cart pads and patios
  • Entry walks and front courtyards
  • Rust and stain treatment before sealing, where well water has marked the pavers

What it costs

Same rate as in Cape Coral: $1.50–$3.00 per square foot for a full clean, re-sand and seal. A typical driveway runs between $1,100 and $2,900, and a pool deck between $1,600 and $3,600. Stripping a failed sealer is extra and always shown on its own line. The full pricing breakdown explains what moves the number.

These prices are estimates

Every figure here is a researched market range for Cape Coral and Lee County, not an offer. Paver sealing is priced on measured area and the condition of what is already down, so your price comes from the on-site measure and is given to you in writing.

North Fort Myers questions

Call (239) 329-7707 and we will book a measure.

Do you charge more to come to North Fort Myers?

No. North Fort Myers is a regular service area and the square-foot rate is the same as in Cape Coral.

Can you get the orange rust stains off my driveway?

Usually, yes. Rust from well-water irrigation needs a dedicated rust treatment before the pavers are cleaned. Sealing afterward keeps new overspray from soaking in, though turning the sprinkler heads away from the pavers is the real fix.

We are in a golf community. Do you work with HOA rules?

Yes. If your HOA has rules on finish or color, send them over or tell us at the measure. Most only ask for a natural or low-sheen look, which suits a driveway and pool deck anyway.

Can you seal a carport in a manufactured-home community?

Yes. Carports and small patios are quick jobs. Sealing makes oil drips and tire marks much easier to clean off.

How soon can I park on it again?

Foot traffic after about four hours in dry weather, cars after 24 to 48 hours. We schedule around the forecast so rain does not land inside the cure window.
